1.General products cancel the order within 12 hours after confirming the payment and get a full refund.

2.Customized products orders are confirmed for printing 12 hours after they’re placed to ensure the fastest fulfillment.

Therefore, you have 12 hours to contact our customer support team at service@customoving.com to request order modifications (including size changing, design modification, change of address) or cancellation.

After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.

3.Cancellations are not accepted after the order has been shipped, and customers can apply for a return after receiving the package.

    For defective products

    We offer the full refund or replacement for any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or customer's own fault cannot apply for the refund.

    Return and replacement conditions

    1. Customers must contact customer service in advance before the return, and unauthorized return will not be accepted.

    2. Customers must be returned and exchanged within 20 days after receiving the product.

    3. All products must be returned in the original sales status, without wear, washing or change, and all tags are still attached.

    4. Customized products without quality problems will not be returned.

    Return Instructions

    After the product is returned, please be sure to contact our customer service and provide the return package's waybill number for easy access to logistics information. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after we receive and check the product is correct. Then it will reach your account within 5 business days, please contact customer service for overtime and we will investigate further for you.

    The customer is responsible for the return shipping and all charges incurred. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Please contact customer service for our warehouse return address, do not return to our company address. Avoid affecting the time limit for returns and refunds.

     We DO NOT accept refund for the situations:

    • Wrong size or design: our products are all custom made order. This means you choose exactly what you want to purchase and we produce it (such as size,color,the design).We DO NOT accept refunds for customers who choose the wrong size and design for their own reasons.
    • Customer information provided was inaccurate, leading to delivery failure.
    • The product is not an original product, the product is already in use by the customer.
    • Non-defective products on the basis of our design.
    • No items can be returned for refund 20 days after receipt.
    • Damage caused by accident
    • Improper care
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Break down of colors and materials due to sun exposure
    • Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
    • Damaged items cause in delivery, late delivery or lost-in-transit items (Errors caused by shipping carriers): we only offer exchange for those cases.
    • We do not accept refund and return for product which are not broken or delivered incorrectly
