Average Production Time: 5-7 business days (made-to-order)
Average Shipping Time: 

US Delivery	5-15 business days
Canada, Australia, UK	7-16 business days
Rest Of The World	10-25 business days

• Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours after being placed.
• International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs.
• Tracking Number: When available, we will send you the tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online, or you can check through the ''Track Order'' in the ''Help Center''.
• Due to the global impact of COVID-19, the processing time will be a bit delayed than usual.

Refund:

All items are made to order – this means that when you place your order, we print that item(s) just for you. Because our products are customized and printed on demand, we do not offer replacements or refunds in the following cases

• Incorrect shipping addresses.
• Invalid address entry.
• Improper care, damages in use.  
• Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. So please review your order carefully before you check out to ensure your order is correct.

If you are unhappy with your order due to a defect, damage, wrong item, or printing quality issue, please contact our customer service. Our policy lasts 20 days since your delivery date. If the 20-day period has gone, we can’t offer you a replacement.
